A retrospective exhibition of the work of Jean Tschumi (1904-1962) opened in Paris at the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine on May 12th and will remain on view through September 19th, 2021. The exhibition of this master architect and designer, now considered a critical link in the transmission of International Style modernism from the United States to Europe in the 1950s and 60s, is made possible by a gift of over 300 drawings by Jean Tschumi to the museum by his son, Bernard Tschumi. The exhibition was realized under the direction of Stéphanie Quantin-Biancalani and Jean-Baptiste Minnaert.
